Observe
Market, macro, event, liquidity, and portfolio evidence arrive as time-stamped observations.
Pegasus is a governed trading operating system. It turns fragmented market evidence into coordinated decisions, portfolio targets, and broker-ready execution—without surrendering control.
Pegasus connects research, portfolio context, governance, and execution in one inspectable chain. Every action has evidence. Every limit has authority.
Market, macro, event, liquidity, and portfolio evidence arrive as time-stamped observations.
Specialized models score the same opportunity from distinct perspectives. No single voice controls the trade.
A portfolio layer converts conviction into position targets while accounting for correlation and available capital.
Independent limits run after intelligence and again immediately before every order reaches the broker.
Pegasus does not pretend that more agents automatically create more edge. Its specialists are deliberately diverse, measured out of sample, and weighted by current evidence—not by confidence theater.
Capital limits do not live inside a prompt. Pegasus stores them as an independent policy boundary and re-checks them against a fresh broker quote before any order can proceed.
Positions, fills, equity, realized P&L, and benchmark-relative performance stay internally consistent and visibly separate from the broker account.
For research and commissioning →When explicitly authorized, holdings and performance switch to live account observations. Orders still pass the same hard limits and audit trail.
For controlled deployment →A Pegasus license is a revocable entitlement, not a plaintext flag. The desktop verifies signed leases locally while the private signing key remains isolated on the server.
Activations are tied to a privacy-preserving hardware fingerprint and a controlled device allowance.
The app accepts only server responses signed by the Pegasus private key. The EXE contains the public verifier only.
Licenses and individual devices can be disabled remotely, with every administrative action recorded.
First launch requires online activation. Offline operation is limited to a signed, time-boxed lease.

Pegasus is currently distributed by private authorization only.
